New York- Premier Adnan Menderes of Turkey reads statement after arrival at Idlewild airport last night for 12-day visit in the United States. Menderes will attend a three-day conference of the Central Treaty Organization in Washington and visit Dallas and Pittsburgh. The United Sates is associated with the treaty organization, which is made up of Turkey, Britain, Pakistan and Iran, but is not a formal member. At left is Turkey's Foreign Minister Fatim Rustu Zerlu who was on hand to greet the Premier.
