Newly installed officers of the New Orleans Food Brokers Association are (from left) Simon H. Pailet, president: Johnny R. Espenan, treasurer; M. Paul LeBlanc, secretary, and Anthony F. (Tony) Lemolne, vice-president. The officers were seated at the group's annual buyers' Christmas party Tuesday night at the Monteleone hotel. Pailet succeeds Charles Cossce as president.
