William O. O'Regan, receives the Kiwanis Club of New Orleans' Support of the Churches Award from A.J. Maier at yesterday's Kiwanis luncheon in the Sheraton-Charles Hotel. The award is given periodically to a man the Kiwanis Club feels exemplifies the ideal of a hard-working layman in his church.
