Cutting Ribbon at formal opening of the Ivy Room of Reuter Seed Co., 320 N. Carrollton, is Jack Nielson, vice-president of the company. Observing the procedure are Mrs. Harry W. Brown (left), garden center chairman of the Federated Council of New Orleans Garden Clubs, and Mrs. Ernest L. Joubert III, council chairman. The council held its first meeting of the year in the Ivy Room, which is reserved for the use of garden clubs in the New Orleans area.
