Olympic Speedster--Ray Norton, of Oakland California, is one of the top United States hopes to win the 100-meter and 200-meter sprints at the Olympic Games in Rome next August. Norton has tied the world record of 9.3 seconds in the 100-yard dash this year and has been equally impressive in the 200-meter events.
