Dr. Linus Pauling, two-time Nobel prize winner, said here today that President Lyndon B. Johnson will "surely lose in 1968" unless he takes steps now to change this country's course of action in Vietnam. Dr. Pauling, who won the Nobel Prize for Chemistry in 1954 and the Nobel Peace Prize in 1962, is in New Orleans to receive the Roebling Medal presented annually by the Mineralogical Society of America.
