Interior of Modernaire Furniture Company Store. A new furniture store for the New Orleans area is Modernaire Furniture Company's outlet at 901 Veterans Memorial highway. The store opened Monday. Harry Gutman, president and owner, said the firm specializes in contemporary furnishings and accessories and is equipped to furnish whole homes and apartments. The store also staffs a two-man decorating department for clients.
