An aerial attack on known mosquito breeding spots in eastern New Orleans will be launched by the city if plans laid at a special meeting on the problem today materialize. The conferees decided to try spraying diesel oil from planes on spawning grounds identified in field research by investigators of the Louisiana Mosquito Control Association. City Park area sprayed to clear out mosquitoes for holiday picknickers.
