A Bronze Plate honoring the late Mayor deLesseps S. Morrison is presented to Mayor Victor H. Schiro by Dr. Virgilio Urmeneta R., Honduran Minister of the Interior, on behalf of the Inter-American Municipal Organization. From left are Schiro, Dr. Urmeneta, Mrs. Anito O. Morrison and deLesseps S. Morrison Jr., mother and son of Morrison, who was president of the IAMO. The plate will be installed on a stone in Duncan Plaza. The IAMO concluded a meeting here this week.
