Miami, Florida- Billy Frank Mulvey pictured at left as he entered court today testified at the Mossler murder trial that defendant Melvin Lane Powers confessed to him in a Houston, Texas jail that he killed multimillionaire Jacques Mossler. Powers and Mossler's wife, Candace, are charged with Mossler's murder.
