The post office department's "airlift" program is nicknamed "errorlift," the president of the National Postal Transport Association said here Thursday. Paul A. Nagle of Washington, D. C., told the PNTA's 12th division convention he will oppose a Senate bill which would authorize the postmaster general to contract for transportation of mail "by whatever means he chooses."
