"Come on, you varmints," says Mrs. Sylvia Rosman, 106 Sena drive, as she dons a mosquito net and waves a "killer" spray can in expectation of a possible full-scale invasion of the pests in the New Orleans area. A.B. Ritter, chairman of the insect control division of the state board of health, said today that conditions are almost ideal for a repeat of the 1935 invasion and noting can be done about it.
