Mitchell Gets New New Orleans Post. Is Junior Achievement Executive Director. Paul Mitchell, formerly of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has been appointed executive-director of Junior Achievement of Greater New Orleans, Inc., according to a Wednesday announcement by Murray Fincher, president. Mitchell success Richard Stack, who recently assumed similar duties in the Atlanta, Georgia, Junior Achievement Center. Stack had held the position here since the local organization was established in 1955.
