Electronics Unit Names Leader. Dr. Joseph C. Morris was elected president of the Louisiana chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronic Association Wednesday night. Dr. Morris succeeded Wesley Massey at the meeting, held in the Officer's Club at Camp Leroy Johnson.
