Army Officer Receives Medal. Colonel Robert Miller, commanding officer of the Oversea Supply Agency here, was presented the United States Army Commendation Medal Friday in retirement ceremonies at the United States Army Terminal. Major General Robert C. Kyser, deputy commanding general, United States Army Supply and Maintenance Command, presented the award to the retiring colonel at formal retreat ceremonies. Miller, who served for 34 years as a cadet and commissioned military officer, has also received the Legion of Merit, the Army General Staff Badge, the Brazilian Order of Military Merit, and six campaign and service ribbons.
