Captain Milton F. Miles has been appointed New Orleans port manager for the Alcoa Steamship Company, Incorporated, succeeding Captain Joseph T. Drake, who has been named port manager in Mobile, Alabama. Miles joined Alcoa in 1944 and has served in various assignments, including work in Baton Rouge, Spain, the Windward-Leeward Islands and the Guianas.
