"I believe it is because I read so much that I am able to understand and enjoy your country as much as I am," says a State Department-sponsored visitor from Pakistan. Mrs. Anis Mirza, who writes a column for the Dawn, a newspaper published in English and the Arabic-Persian language of Pakistan, is touring the country under cultural exchange program. She arrived in New Orleans Saturday to stay through Tuesday.
