1969 Press Photo Lee Miller of R. Guercio & Sons Inc. with Strawberry Shipment

Examining the first crate of Louisiana strawberries to arrive in New Orleans this year is Lee Miller, sales manager for R. Guercio and Sons, Incorporated, 200 North Peters. Miller said his company has received 38 crates from the Hammond area in the very first shipment.
