Mrs. Ralph J. McDonough, president of the Civic Beautification Association of Garden Clubs of the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan Area, presents a certificate of commendation for aid to Hurricane Betsy recovery to Stanley P. Deas, executive vice-president of Southern Pine Association. The lumbermen's group donated 4,000 Southern Pine seedlings to City and Audubon Parks to replace lost trees. Mrs. Ralph J.
