Dallas, Texas-Mixed Bouquet for Maid of Cotton-Katy Sue Meredith, crowned Maid of Cotton 1964 in Memphis, Tennessee, arrived in Dallas, Texas, last night and will make her first official appearance in the Cotton Bowl when Texas University meets Navy. Burris Jackson, right, Chairman of the Board of National Cotton Council, presented Miss Meredith with a mixed bouquet of roses and cotton balls. Miss Meredith, a 21-year-old hazel-eyes beauty is from Andalusia, Alabama.
