Cubans Ready For Raid, Claim. Leader Talks to Exiles Living in Orleans. Cubans in Cuba and the United States are just about ready to carry out continuous operations against Castro, a leader of a Cuban exile organization said in New Orleans Saturday night. He is Jorge Mas, a Bay of Pigs veteran and propaganda chief for an organization of expatriates called Representatives of Cuban Exiles (RECE). He was in town to address a rally attended by Cubans livening in the area that was sponsored by the Coordinating Committee of Cuban Exiles in New Orleans.
