Receiving honorary degrees in ceremonies Monday at Tulane University were (from left) Custave L. Levy, chairman of the board of governors of the New York Stock Exchange; Dr. Albert W. Dent, president of Dillard University, and Cleanth Brooks, Gray professor of rhetoric at Yale University. Another honorary degree was betowed on Turner Catledge, vice-president of the New York Times.
