1965 Press Photo Lester Love, witness before the Orleans Parish Grand Jury

Victims of reported rackets involving home improvement and repairs and money lending were among a parade of witnesses who testified before the Orleans Parish Grand Jury today. Two of the witnesses, both declined to identify themselves, told newsmen they had contracted with plumbing forms to have work done on their homes.
