Kerry R. King. Exposure Announced by Jefferson Sheriff. The exposure of a sex ring and resulting arrests of 18 adults and 11 juveniles were announced Friday by Jefferson parish Sheriff John G. "Jack" Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald said a warrant has been issued for the arrest of one additional adult.
