Phillip Larson's winning art piece is a psychedelic watercolor. "This is what some of my dreams seem to look like," Philip explains. Philip, son of Mrs. Bettye Larson, is a junior at John McDonogh Senior High School. While art is a hobby at the present time, Philip says there's a chance he'll study commercial art in college.
