1967 Press Photo Greater New Orleans Association support of the March of Dimes

High School support of the March of Dimes to fight birth defects is demonstrated as Susie de Marmol (left) representing the Greater New Orleans Association of Student Councils, presents a check for $803.41 to James E. Fritzmorris Jr., 1967 campaign chairman, and Ann Donnelly, a Teen-Age Program (TAP) leader at March of Dimes headquarters. The contribution includes student collections from Newman Sacred Heart High School, Riverdale, Mercy Academy Redemptorist, Chapelle and Fortier, and will go toward the "teen goal" of $15,000 to be raised on Candy Day this Saturday.
