Two New Orleans residents will receive honors during the Boswell Institute ceremonies at Loyola University beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday to be awarded by Dr. Brendan F. Brown of the law school, chancellor of the institute. Reverend Vincent P. Miceli of Loyola's philosophy department will receive the degree of Sapientiae Mundanae Doctor, and will address the group on the subject "Is God Dead." Dr. Robertson MacNeill, Canadian Consul General, will be awarded the Order of Gracian for initiating cultural exchanges with American and Canadian students.
