1966 Press Photo James Lowrey of LSU Receives Educational Scholarship

James Lowrey, 18, of Hackberry, a freshman at Louisiana State University, has received a $500 educational scholarship for excellence in the 4-H agricultural program. One of six national winners in the program, Lowrey was honored by the International Harvester Company during the National 4-H Club Congress held in Chicago.
