Two former members of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of New Orleans were honored Tuesday, Willard E. Robertson (left), board chairman, and Alvin M. Fromherz, first executive director, made presentations to Herman S. Kohlmeyer Sr. and Herman S. Kohlmeyer Jr. in the board's central office 524 Camp.
