1967 Press Photo Captain Edward Laporte receives grant from General Finance Corp

Captain Edward Laporte commander of the Accident Investigation Division, will attend the Traffic Institute at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, March 27, through April 14. He will study traffic law enforcement. The cost, $525.05, which includes tuition, transportation and texts, is being paid for by the General Finance Corporation.
