1951 Press Photo Edward Finnegan, 3rd Ward Candidate Democratic State Committee

Edward T. Finnegan, 3104 Canal, and Owen L. Kieran, 230 S. Jefferson Davis, said today they will be candidates for the Democratic State Central Committee from the Third Ward. Mr. Finnegan, who is presently deputy clerk in Municipal Court, was formerly a clerk in the city treasurer's office for 25 years.
