Personal contact is the surest magic in voter education, according to a local League of Women Voter's member here who is heading the New Orleans League's new citizen education project- Carrollton Central. This is a joint venture with the Urban League of New Orleans to open a neighborhood center at 8539 Willow. A big part of the League's part of the deal is to teach voter registration and voter education.
