1967 Press Photo Mater Dei No. 868 feeding children- St. Thomas & Florida avenue

About 200 children from the St. Thomas and Florida avenue projects were entertained at an outing Saturday at Kingsley House. The annual event is sponsored by Mater Dei No. 868, headed by Miss Aimee Ann Reardon. Mothers from the two projects, Sister Frances of CHarity Hospital and some male helpers assisted. Serving baked beans to the children are (from left) Mrs. Lelia Porte, Glen Wise and Miss Reardon.
