Retired Navy Captain Joseph T. Katz, left new executive director of the New Orleans Mid-Winter Sports Association, was introduced to the news media Tuesday at a luncheon at Delmonico's. Making the introduction were Charles C. Zatarain, center, a member of the executive committee, and A.B. Nicholas, Jr., president of the Sugar Bowl sponsoring organization.
