Malcolm L. Hurstell was installed Wednesday as president of the Metropolitan New Orleans Chapter of the American Public Works Association in ceremonies at Lenfant's Restaurant. Others installed were Ben J. Haney, vice-president; Claude Kelly Sr., secretary-treasurer; A.J. Nugon Jr. and John F. Exnicios, board members. Hurstell succeeds Val E. Kissgen.
