1963 Press Photo Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers President

M.L. Hurstell was installed as chairman of the New Orleans Section of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers Saturday night in the Fontainebleau Motor Hotel. Others installed were Joseph Lodato, vice-chairman, and H.E. Market Jr. and George H. Pierce, executive committemen.
