Mrs. T. Milton Hynes, has been elected president of the New Orleans Ladies of Charity with Mrs. Helen Donnoud as first vice-president. Other officers include Mrs. William C. Vinet, second vice-president; Miss Bridget Manca, corresponding secretary; Mrs. Edwin A. Sullivan Jr., recording secretary; Miss Ethel Mamre, finance secretary; and Mrs. Arthur Kelly, treasurer. The Reverend Bernard Degan, C.M., will serve as spiritual director and Sister Mary Gertrude, D.C., will act as moderator.
