A former Loyola University student has organized a committee in New Orleans to help work toward the overthrow of the Somozan regime in Nicaragua. Dr. Luis A. Icaza-Portocarero, 40, made New Orleans the last stop on his 9,000-mile trip to drum up support in North America for Dr. Fernando Aguero-Rocha, Conservative Party candidate in Nicaragua's 1967 presidential election.
