W. Lyle Kiser is the newly installed president of Business and Professional Toastmasters Club No. 1169, having succeeded Keith Hullinger, at a meeting held at the Andrew Jackson Restaurant. Other officers installed were George Brown, educational vice-president; Alan Sizler, administrative vice-president; Walter Campbell, secretary; Larry Cookson, treasurer, and John Thomas, sergeant-at-arms.
