Mrs. Muriel Humphrey. Muriel Humphrey is delighted with the fact that as wife of Vice-President Hubert H. Humphrey she has a "great deal more influence than ever before," influence she puts to good use promoting projects she feels are particularly worthwhile. Mrs. Humphrey has given heavily of her time to seeking fuller and more qualified service for families less fortunate than her own, those families which included an "exceptional" child.
