Looking over a map showing industrial and municipal water intakes on the lower Mississippi River Wednesday are (from left) Clark M. Hoffpauer, director of the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission; Carl L. Klein, chairman of the President's Water Pollution Control Advisory Board, and Dr. Andrew Hedmeg, state health officer. The nine-member water pollution control board conducted an aerial inspection of the river from Baton Rouge to New Orleans.
