At a special meeting Tuesday afternoon, Clark M. Hoffpauer. Wildlife & Fisheries Commission director, listens to allegations which Col. Donald Thibodeaux, superintendent of the State police, testified had been substantiated by an investigation. Hoffpauer later denied many of the charges. At right is commission chairman Jerry G. Jones of Cameron, who presided at the public meeting.
