Setting the first boat into the lake at the new four-lane launching ramp on the Jefferson Parish lakefront at Williams blvd. is Sidney J. Golay, 2123 Indiana Ave., Kenner. The ramp was dedicated Sunday afternoon with US Representative Hale Boggs making the principal address at the ceremony.
