Getting Acquainted with special equipment in the kitchen of the army hospital train to be used in "Operation Safeguard" Tuesday at Union Passenger Terminal are Dr. Andrew Hedmeg, director of local health services for the State Board of Health; Miss Lydia Janca, regional director; and Miss Rose Ann Langham, chief of the Nutrient Section. Two State Health Department nutritionists will supervise food preparation in accordance with special dietary needs of chronically ill patients.
