L.C. Hoffman, New Orleans, was elected a division lieutenant governor of Kiwanis International at the conclusion of a thee-day meeting of the Louisiana-Mississippi-West Tennessee district of the organization in Memphis, Tennessee. J. Floyd Richardson of Shreveport was elected district governor.
