Making the presentation is Dr. Earnest Carroll Faust, emeritus professor of parasitology at Tulane, who established the award in 1961. A Colombian physician and pharmacologist was presented the Achievement Award in Inter American Friendship and Understanding of Tulane University School of Medicine Thursday.
