New officers of the Youth Clubs of Louisiana Boys' Club were installed alst night at 2001 Alva. They include, left to right, the Reverend A.E. Howell, chaplain; Peter E. Holley, chairman; the Reverend Charles Smith, assistant chaplain, and Mrs. Wayne Forbes, co-chairman.
