A biography of Jose de San Martin, Argentine liberator, is presented to Mayor Victor H. Schiro Monday by Daniel Goytia. Goytia is one of 19 Argentine teen agers visiting the city. They will be guests in New Orleans homes until the day after Mardi Gras. Looking on are Rafael Vasquez, Argentine consul-general, and Mrs. Charles Keller Jr., chairwoman of the International hospitality committee of the Foreign Regulations Association of New Orleans.
