The National Easter Seal child, Donna Kay Howell, will arrive in New Orleans Tuesday night for a three-day visit in connection with the current Easter Seal drive. the 7-year-old Tallahassee, Florida, youngster, shown feeding ducks in a park near her home, will be welcomed at new Orleans International Airport by the Olympia Brass Band.
