Mrs. A.T. Higgins of New Orleans won the Louisiana Country Club Golf Association medal play golf tournament which concluded Friday at Metairie Country Club. Mrs. Higgins 327 score in the 72 hole event was 9 strokes ahead of the second place finisher.
